All the items in our collection can be personalized in terms of colour and fabric and are custom-made to order at your request,
except for our “second hand” products.
Custom-made products cannot be returned in that they have been made exclusively for the client.
If the product you have purchased is part of our “second hand” range, and has not been personalized in the choice of colour,
the product as seen at time of purchase can be returned.
If you decide to change your mind, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery.
In this case we will not charge any commission.
The return process is very simple – just get in touch with our team and they will guide you through the steps.
You can return the item to us in its original packaging using your courier of choice.
The delivery cost and Italian import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Please bear in mind that we cannot accept the return of items that have been specially personalized for you.
Once the item is returned to our warehouse and we have checked that it is in the same condition as when it was sent out,
we will issue a reimbursement within 7 working days using the original payment method.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or by Paypal.
It is possible to make payment at our Milan showroom by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)
or PagoDIL (payment by instalment via automatic debit with no interest applied).
All our prices are expressed in Euro.

Orders are dispatched from Italy directly from our artisan workshop.
We use the best courier companies to deliver our products to your home in the safest and most secure way.
All deliveries are insured for the full value of the product.
In order to guarantee secure delivery, we use a Swiss courier specialized in transporting high-value furniture.
Transport and delivery times are indicated prior to completion of your order.
Transport costs are agreed with our commercial staff based on your requirements and indicated at time of payment.
EU clients do not have to worry about customs taxes that are either non-applicable or have been pre-paid by Plinio il Giovane.
Orders dispatched outside the EU may be subject to customs tax and, in this case,
it may be necessary to provide the relevant authorities with your personal details.
Please note that delivery delays caused by customs can be common.

Our artisans and our laboratory
In our opinion it takes time to make a well-made product well made. For us to organize a secure delivery it takes time and patience.
All our products are made by hand, one by one, and each piece is unique and unrepeatable and thus requires patience.
Our work cycle is very long, from cutting the well-seasoned wood to the final production of the single components.
For this reason we prepare a stock of semi-finished items which means we can deliver in a short timeframe,
and meet your requirements in terms of personalization. The timeline is indicated at the time you confirm your order.
We ask for your patience should the delivery require an extra day or two compared to the original times indicated.
All our products are specially made for you so this means we want to make a good job of it!
